SPRK has filed indictment against A.B., O.B. and S.B., charged for Organized Crime and Compelling
Prishtina, 10th of August 2016 – Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosova has filed indictment against defendants A.B., O.B. and S.B., since they have committed criminal offense Organized Crime together with compelling.
As per the indictment, defendants A.B., O.B. and S.B., in co-perpetration with the now late R.Sh., who was murdered on August of 2014, as well with some other persons, unidentified yet, as an organized criminal group during multi-year time period have committed a series of serious criminal offenses for the purposes of financial benefits.
Defendants have made constant pressures, as well as severe threats against the defendants M.T., H.Sh. and I.O., to vacate the real estate – cadastral parcel in a surface from 10.12.53 ha, which is located in Fushë Kosova, road to Prishtina, and which has a value from 20 million Euros.
Legitimate owner of this land is combine “Bujqësia/Agriculture”, whereas the harmed part M.T., 14 years ago has rented the respective land and has built some facilities on it, which also have values of millions of euros.
On March of 2014, the harmed part, M.T. was forced to leave his property and defendants have also prohibited to him physical access to his facilities.
As per indictment there is also said that the same criminal group has acted in a similar manner against the defendant A.H, owner of a parcel bordered with the above given parcel, and whom they have forced to pay 165.000 €. Defendants are on detention on remand, whereas the respective case is a targeted case for visa liberalization.
