Mitrovica, January 30, 2024 - The Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica informs the public that regarding the publication of the video recording on the news portal “National”, published on January 29, 2024, in order to clarify all the facts and circumstances, it has authorized the Kosovo Police - Directorate for the Investigation of Narcotics Trafficking (DHTN) in Pristina, to undertake all investigative actions related to the investigation of this case, which is related to the persons involved who are seen in the published videos, including the identification of all persons, then the collection of evidence - video recordings of the web portal ”National”, and other relevant evidence that is necessary for the investigation and clarification of this case, in terms of the criminal offense “Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances” based on Article 267 in conjunction with article 275 paragraph 1 point 1.2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
