Prishtina, 21 September 2021 - The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against seven defendants. The Special Prosecution announces that  six (6) defendants with the initials, E.K., N.G., H.K., Z.K., V.K. and V.K., are indicted in relation to the criminal offense "Counterfeiting of money" under article 296 par. 2, in connection with article 31 of the CCRK. Meanwhile, the defendant S.K., is indicted for criminal offense " Unauthorised ownership, control or possession of weapons" under article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.

Prishtina, 16 September 2021 - By order of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in the Kosovo Police, has undertaken investigative actions against the suspect  B.A., a doctor by profession. The Special Prosecution informs that the suspect with the initials B.A., is suspected of having committed the criminal offense "Abusing  official position or authority" under article 414 of the CCRK. With the decision of the prosecutor, the suspect B.A was kept on  detention for 48 hours in the Detention Center in Prishtina.

Prishtina, 15 September 2021 - The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), has  filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against the defendant with the initials A.B. The Special Prosecution informs that the above-mentioned defendant, in order to evade payment of tax and incomes, did not include his incomes,  evading value added tax, in the total amount of 80,696.50 euros, and by doing so  has damaged the budget of the Republic of Kosovo.
