Prishtinë, 21 December 2022 –  The Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtinë - Special Department, against the defendants with the initials G.Z. The Special Prosecution Office announces that the defendant G.Z., with his actions through social networks intentionally, knowingly and with the purpose of obtaining illegal financial benefit for himself, has deceived the injured party, A.K.L, German citizen. With these actions, the aforementioned defendant has committed the criminal offense of "Fraud" from article 323 par.  1 of the CCRK.
