Three people suspected of physical attack on journalist Valon Syla are arrested
Prishtinë, April 12, 2023 – At the order of the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), the Kosovo Police arrested three people who attacked the journalist, Valon Syla.
The Special Prosecution Office announces that after an intensive engagement of the investigators of the Kosovo Police, namely the Anti-Terrorism Directorate, three suspects in the case of the physical attack on 11.04.2023, against the journalist Valon Syla have been identify and arrested today on 12.04.2023.
The arrested L.D, K.H and O.H. are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of "Inciting discord and intolerance".
The three arrested by the order of the State Prosecutor will be sent to detention on remand and within the legal terms measure for detention will be required.
