Memorandum of cooperation between the KPC and the Academy of Justice is signed
Prishtinë, 25 July 2022 - The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), Jetish Maloku and the Executive Director of the Academy of Law (AJ), Enver Fejzullahu, signed a memorandum of cooperation within the activities for the implementation of the Rule of Law Strategy 2021-2026.
By means of this Memorandum, it is possible to establish cooperation between the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Academy of Justice, at the same time, the coordination of inter-institutional processes and activities in the field of training of prosecutors and officials of the prosecutorial system administration is clearly defined.
The chairman of the KPC, on this occasion, said that this memorandum is an important act that defines the guarantee of coordination standards and the interconnection of electronic systems to enable the exchange of information between the KPC and AJ in the training of prosecutors.
Also, the Executive Director of the Academy of Justice has expressed his willingness and the institution he leads to commit with dedication to the implementation of this memorandum, saying that at no time will there be a lack of professional, technical and organizational support, in order so that the necessary capacity building of the prosecutorial system is done.
