EULEX Judicial Monitoring Report is presented
Prishtina, 16 December 2021 - The Deputy Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Veton Shabani, participated in the publication of the Judicial Monitoring Report by the EU Rule of Law Mission, EULEX, for the period March-October 2021.
In this event, which was attended by the heads of local and international justice institutions, Deputy Chairman Shabani said in his speech that the prosecutorial system is grateful for the systematic and thematic monitoring of resolved criminal and civil cases, including high profile cases and for the continued cooperation of EULEX.
“Recommendations arising from this report, relating to the Kosovo prosecutorial system, will be addressed by the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council to each competent unit within the prosecutorial system," said Deputy Chairman Shabani.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the KPC, some of these recommendations already have measurable progress, as they have been working for some time.
