ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE BASIC PROSECUTION OFFICE IN PRISTINA
Prishtinë, 24 November 2021– The Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, for the sake of fair and correct information of the public opinion through this announcement announces that on 25.05.2021, has received the criminal report against the suspect FH, owner of a dental practice in Prishtina, in terms of criminal offenses "Unconscious medical treatment", "Failure to provide medical assistance" and "Sexual harassment", provided by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The prosecutor of the case, after reviewing and analyzing in detail the criminal report, documents and evidence attached to it by the injured party, as well as after taking the necessary investigative actions to accurately and fully verify the facts alleged by the injured party, has found that in the present case there is no reasonable suspicion that the suspect FH, has committed the above criminal offenses.
Therefore, on 12.10.2021, the state prosecutor has taken a decision to dismiss this criminal report.
