Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj initiate investigations regarding the case of local elections for mayor in Hani i Elezit
Ferizaj, 22 October 2021- The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, announces the public opinion that after receiving the information that the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP), has canceled the voting process of 17 October 2021 for mayor in Hani i Elezit, in order to solve the case as accurately and fairly as possible, has authorized the Regional Investigation Sector in Ferizaj, to take the necessary investigative actions in relation to the case in question, on suspicion of criminal offenses "Violation of the free determination of voters" under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and “Giving or receiving bribes in connection with voting ”from Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
