KPC HEAD HAD A MEETING WITH KJI DIRECTOR
Prishtina, 29th of September, 2014 – Acting Chief State Prosecutor, simultaneously Head of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Sylë Hoxha, today has received for a meeting Director of Kosovo Judicial Institute, Lavdim Krasniqi, with whom he has discussed about the possibilities of deepening cooperation between State Prosecutor and Kosovo Judicial Institute.
During this meeting KPC Head Hoxha and Director Krasniqi have discussed about the continuous processes of trainings of new Prosecutors and Prosecutors in general, which are provided by the Judicial Institute, and other topics in the interest of both Institutions.
There were also discussions about trainings in special areas based on the needs of State Prosecutor, where KPC Head, Hoxha said that prosecutorial system is interested in special trainings for Prosecutors as well as for experts, who cover certain areas within the competencies of State Prosecution.
Hoxha has also said that continuous trainings in the area of combat against corruption, organized crime, terrorism, economic crimes, etc. for Prosecutors and experts are more than welcome, in order to be able to fight in as effective manner as possible those unlawful phenomena.
On the other hand, Director Krasniqi has promised support from Judicial Institute according to the needs of prosecutorial system, in order, as he has said, to have this system as effective as possible in the work it conducts.
