REGULATION ON INTER-INSTITUTIONAL COOPERATION IS SUBMITTED TO KPC FOR APPROVAL
Prishtina, 20th of April 2016 – Committee in charge of Normative Acts of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), has held the next meeting on drafting the Regulation on Inter-Institutional Cooperation.
In this meeting chaired by the Head of the Normative Acts Committee, Bahri Hyseni, in addition to members of the Committee, present were also and representatives of US Embassy and EULEX.
Following the review of the draft of the Regulation on Inter-Institutional Cooperation by the participants of this meeting, and after providing their opinions in regard to the respective, they have agreed to proceed further with the named draft-Regulation to Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
Draft-Regulation on the Inter-Institutional cooperation sets the obligations of State Prosecutor on informing public institutions when criminal procedures against their employees are initiated. There is expected that in the next meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, the named draft-Regulation to be an item of the agenda regarding which KPC members shall discuss and bring decision in favour of its approval or otherwise.
