The KPC Secretariat finalizes the work plans of the organizational units for 2019
Pristina, 10 January 2019 - Director of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Mr. Lavdim Krasniqi, held two roundtable discussions on the 2019 work plans, which were attended by the heads of the organizational units of the SKPC and the administrators of all Prosecutions.
Mr. Lavdim Krasniqi, emphasized on this occasion that the work plans for 2019 are extremely important, as it is known that we are entering a more advanced stage of the administrative development of the prosecutorial system in Kosovo.
In these roundtables are presented separately the sectoral plans with a special focus on the objectives of the work, in order to be clear, measurable and achievable along the one-year administrative pathway.
In conclusion, it has been said that on the roundtables professional discussions have prevailed, as well as the recommendations for the necessary improvements and guidelines for changes are given, which are in the function of harmonization of actions, where it is finalized the structure of the planning platform for the year 2019.
Within the administrative responsibilities of the KPC Secretariat and its support for all prosecutions and generally for the entire prosecutorial system, work plans for 2019 have been harmonized according to budgetary possibilities, including the functioning of the Case Management Information System (SMIL) , the promotion and strengthening of public communication, the provision of the necessary services to the Council, its committees and the State Prosecutor as well as the implementation of information technology projects, archives, and human resources, taking into account the general challenges.
