Chairman Hyseni met with the State Attorney
Pristine, February 14, 2019 - The Chairperson of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, met with State Attorney Sami Istrefi, with whom he talked about the possibilities of cooperation in the areas where cooperation is allowed, without encroachment the independence of the two institutions .
Chairperson Hyseni has expressed readiness of KPC for professional support to contribute to the completion of State Advocacy legislation.
Also, the Chairperson Hyseni has asked the State Attorney to notify the prosecutorial system of Kosovo if they encounter any element of the criminal offense during their work on the representation of public institutions in the judicial bodies.
Both interlocutors agreed to deepen cooperation with the aim of combating illegal acts, focusing on the obstruction of various actions aimed at damaging the budget of Kosovo.
