The drafting of regulations on the disciplinary responsibilities of prosecutors and judges is coordinated
Pristina, April 11, 2019 - The working groups of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Kosovo Judicial Council for the drafting of subordinate legal acts, in accordance with the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors, held a joint meeting, where they discussed the drafting of regulations relevant to the disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors and judges.
In this meeting, attended by representatives of the US Embassy, EU Office in Kosovo and the USAID Project, discussed about the forms and methods of work, as well as the co-operation of two councils for drafting the regulations of above.
Also, following this meeting, the participants said that the drafting of the disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors and judges is of great importance for the justice system in Kosovo, and after their drafting there will be an accurate determination of accountability, accountability and transparency in the work of prosecutors and judges in Kosovo.
