Indictment against six peoples for the “Reflektori’’case

Prishtinë, 18 April 2024 – The Special Prosecution filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department, against six (6) defendants with the initials L.T, O.V, I.M, M.H, SH.D and F.K. for the well-known “Reflektori" case.

The Special Prosecution announces that the defendants L.T., O.V. and I.M. together with the defendant M.I. who is on the run, acting in a group have committed the criminal offense "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic or analogous substances" by article 267 paragraph 2 in relation to article 275 paragraph 1 subpar. 1.1 and 1.9 of the CCRK

The defendants M.H, SH.D and F.K are accused of having committed the criminal offense of assisting in the commission of the criminal offense "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic or analogous substances" by article 267 paragraph 2 in connection to article 275 par. 1 subpar.  1.1 and 1.9 related to article 33 of the CCRK.

Meanwhile, the defendants L.T and O.V are also accused of the criminal offense "Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons" from article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
