The meeting of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions is held

The Commission for the Administration of Prosecutors of the KPC, led by Mr. Jetish Maloku, held the next meeting, according to the foreseen agenda, in which the members of this commission, the Coordinator of Permanent Commissions, the officials of the Information Technology Department of the KPC Secretariat participated and the Prosecution Performance Review Unit.
Initially, the presentation of the Report on the evaluation and verification of working conditions in the facilities of the prosecutorial system was made, this report, which was approved by the members of the Commission, in which the challenges and problems that are currently present in most prosecutorial facilities, with in which case it was said that at this stage the facilities of the Prosecution Council, the Appellate Prosecution and the Basic Prosecution of Pristina will have priority.
The requirements for the advancement of CMIS have also been addressed, which foresee the development of statistical reports, the advancement of electronic exchange between prosecutors' offices and basic courts, as well as the realization of the connection between the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor and the Supreme Court.
The Chairman of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions, Mr. Jetish Maloku, informed the members that, in cooperation with the CEPEJ project, the organization of a workshop is being discussed, in which the data of the statistical reports will be presented according to the recommendations of the experts CEPEJ and the timeline for replacing manual reports with electronic ones generated by CMIS.
