The draft of the Regulation on allowances and compensations in the prosecutorial system is finalized
Prishtinë, 28 April 2023 – The Commission for Normative Issues, led by the member of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council of, prosecutor Armend Zenelaj, held the next meeting, in which it finalized the draft of the Regulation on allowances and compensations for state prosecutors and employees of the prosecutorial system.
This draft foresees the regulation of allowances and compensations for state prosecutors, members of the Council and its bodies, as well as for employees in the prosecutorial system, based on which the criteria, conditions, rules, method of calculation and procedure for the benefit of these allowances and compensations.
After the completion of this draft, the members of this commission proposed that it be sent for approval at the next meeting of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
