The members of the commission for Normative Issues have met the EUKOJUST project experts
Prishtinë, 30 March 2023 – The Commission for Normative Issues, chaired by prosecutor Armend Zenelaj, has held a meeting with EUKOJUST project experts.
The purpose of this meeting was to present the initial draft of the Plan for the systematization, digitization and automation of archives for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, a plan prepared by expert Simone Ginzburg.
During the meeting, the support of the project was evaluated, the necessary comments and suggestions regarding the finalization of the Plan were also given.
In the end, it was proposed that the next meeting have wider participation, including representatives of the State Archives Agency and the Kosovo Judicial Council, in order to exchange and unify the procedure for the storage, transfer, disposal of records and cases, as well as the list with storage terms of archival documents created by the prosecutorial system.
