Chairman Maloku hosted the new directors of the administration of the prosecutorial system in an introductory meeting

Prishtinë, 15 December 2023 – The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), Mr. Jetish Maloku, received in a meeting the General Director of the Secretariat of the KPC, Mr. Sami Istrefi and the Director of the Prosecutors Performance Review Unit, Mrs. Arta Kelmendi , in which case the ceremony of accepting and handing over their duties took place.

Chairman Maloku, congratulating the new directors for their election at the head of the administration of the prosecutorial system, emphasized that their election is actually a new opportunity for further strengthening and achieving coherence in all work processes.

After the announcement of the new directors about the current processes, as well as about the planned activities and the activities that will take place until the end of the year, among other things, it was also discussed about the timely completion of the plans related to the smooth running of the administrative activity of the KPC and the institution of the State Prosecutor.    

Consequently, at the end of the meeting, the new directors pledged to commit with great will and dedication to the implementation of the tasks and responsibilities they received today and, at the same time, to the implementation of a clear framework of teamwork, which will affect overcoming challenges, raising and strengthening capacities to have efficiency and effectiveness in work, accountability and transparency.
