Indictment for organizing and participating in a terrorist group
Prishtinë, 29 December 2021 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has filed an indictment in the Special Department of the Basic Court of Prishtina, against the defendant with the initials S.SH., because he is suspected of having committed the criminal offense "Organizing and participating in a terrorist group". , from Article 143, paragraph 2 of the CCRK.
The Special Prosecution informs that the defendant S.SH., intentionally, intentionally and making preliminary preparations in order to join the terrorist organization "ISIS" has traveled together with her husband, a Turkish citizen, from Germany to Turkey and, later, through certain connections, penetrated into Syria, where he was engaged through logistical assistance to the terrorist organization "ISIS".
With these actions the defendant S.SH has committed the criminal offense "Organization and participation in a terrorist group" under Article 143, paragraph 2 of the CCRK.
