On suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population a person is arrested
Prishtinë, 9 December 2021 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), announces the public opinion that a person with the initials D.A. on suspicion for having committed the criminal offense "War crimes against the civilian population" is arrested
Also, the Special Prosecution, within the legal time limits will file a request for detention.
